The St. Jude School service commitment program was created to help meet the needs of the school through total involvement of the parents. The program is crucial to meeting the needs of our parochial school and in keeping tuition costs as low as possible. All school families are required to donate a minimum of 30 hours per school year. The program runs from June 1 through May 31, although the activities run at different times. For families of an 8th grade student, required hours must be met prior to graduation day.

The Service Commitment Program is a part of each family’s tuition agreement. Any family that has not met required service hours, who does not wish to, or is unable to participate in the program, will be assessed $10 for each uncompleted commitment hour. It is each family’s responsibility to seek out opportunities and verify with service hour coordinators as to the accuracy of their reported hours. Families may now report service hours online. Please keep paper copies to help clarify any technical problems. Please refer to the Student Handbook for specific rules concerning the application and recording of service hours.
